HOW TO BUY
Orders can be placed by email, phone, or fax. Please be sure to provide the product number, volume and quantity of each item. Your billing address, shipping address, and payment method should also be included with your order. Credit card information can be faxed or provided over the phone.
Shipping
All our products are produced ex-works, although we can assist with shipping if required.
Orders are forwarded to production in 1-3 days and processed depending on availability and quantity.
Quantities
You may request a sample for benchmarking or to examine compatibility with your own products. Contact us, and let an expert guide you through this process. As we are a bulk material provider, we do have minimum order quantities, depending on product category. This may range from 40l (i.e. for a 1500ppm colloidal Silver solution) to a EU-pallet for consumer products (i.e. our NanoSanitas line).
